This one-day course on project management for events covers the principles of project management and adapts them to deal with the particular demands of conferences and exhibitions. It will provide you with a model to define the roles and responsibilities of project team members, to develop the operational plan, and ensure that communication lines are open and clear.
The day also provides you with the essential skills, tools and practical techniques that you will need to support you in your project management role, and will make you more confident in managing your event. This course is led by a Prince 2 qualified trainer who is also an expert in events.
