Copywriting for conferences and events — the trainer

Caroline is a highly experienced events marketer with over 18 years’ experience in both the B2B and B2C industry. Starting her career at UBM and then Penton Media Europe where she was head of Marketing responsible for the strategy across their UK based conferences. She then moved to dmg world media and spent 6 year as Marketing Director heading up the marketing for their consumer exhibitions, with a team of 14 and with marketing budget responsibility of £5 million. In 2008 she ran her own consultancy focussing on strategic support to conference marketing divisions. Most recently she has been Group Marketing Director at Csquared Networks Ltd and was focused on expanding their portfolio of international media and marketing conferences and awards to a global C suite audience with launches into Asia and Latin American markets.
