We tailor training programmes in all aspects of events, to meet your specific needs and skill sets after full consultation with you and your team. In-company training can be more cost-effective and deliver better outcomes as bespoke material and teaching methods are used to achieve optimum results.
All our courses are run in-house, either face-to-face or online.
Mentoring can be built into a programme of learning. Mentoring involves one-to-ones with individuals on specific aspects of their role. This might involve sales account planning, overseeing a marketing plan or guidance on a research project. We can provide mentors to work with you on a light-touch longer term basis where you benefit from external guidance for a team or individuals from an experienced senior practitioner, but don’t require full time guidance.
Coaching can be used at all levels to help individuals achieve their personal and business goals. It can be used for specific projects or for longer term objectives. Coaching can be extremely effective in enhancing morale, motivation and productivity and reducing staff turnover as individuals feel valued and connected.
